I totally agree about Maxine Maxipad. I just think she’s going to run into a very thick brick wall that will leave her totally speechless with her tail between her legs if she even dares to appear in public any longer—if she’s able to do so.

Yes with GOP strongholds out, it looks like Rosendale will take the win.

Give me a single example of a Republican Senator who has voted for Democrats for leadership positions, and I will grant your point. But there aren’t any such examples. Even the worst RINOs of the past—guys with 100% ADA ratings and 0% ACU ratings—voted with Republicans when it came to committee chairmanships and other leadership positions.

There have been a few who switched to the Democratic Party (just like there were many Democrats who switched to the Republican Party in the 1980s), but nobody gets elected as a Republican, stays a Republican, but caucuses with the Democrats. It has never happened.

I’ll take as many RINO Senators from MA, CT, MD, CA, OR, WA, IL, etc as I can get. They will at least vote with you on leadership and control of the Senate. The alternative is a Democrat who votes against you on both legislation and on procedural issues.

No brainer.

Those prosecutions are likely nothing to what’s coming down the Pike. The Nation will be rocked to its foundation with the hideous evils disclosed. The outrage will be thick and fierce.

Looks like Walker’s got this, but only by the hair of his chinny-chin-chin. The remainder is mostly rural in places where Walker is getting big margins, albeit small populations. Cannot be any closer.

Same map on ABC site with a few column font differences.

Oh my, the old timers on TV (Judith Miller - vampire) saying the House loss is HUGE! 2 to 8 seat majority? Ha.

“First midterm election for new President:

Clinton 1994

House -54
Senate -8

Obama 2010

House -63
Senate -6

Trump 2018

House -30 (roughly)
Senate +4 or +5”

Obama and Clinton didn’t have to deal with 40 anti-Trumpers retiring. Otherwise Trump would have probably maintained the house too.

This needs to be repeated....OFTEN.

POTUS had to deal with 40 R’s retiring and throwing the house to the Demwits, not to mention some redistricting.

I can’t believe the gas tax repeal is losing in CA. Most people in CA have no idea how much useless bureaucracy they are paying for in Sacramento, along with crazy ideas like the state building a high-speed train line. The cost of all that useless activity adds up to billions of dollars ever year. They could easily cut spending by much more than the amount of the repealed gas tax increase. Meanwhile, the state employees pension fund is massively underfunded and the state is heading for a severe cash flow crisis in about ten years. Every dollar that they spend on that unnecessary high-speed rail line should be going into the state employees pension fund.

It’s tragic in a way, how much California has changed and gone downhill. The state where I grew up and went to school is gone now, and now run by a bunch of crazy left-wing lunatics.

In all fairness, wasn’t Cruz needed in the Senate for the Kavanaugh hearings? That cut into his campaigning time.

Sure, but Beto was campaigning hard in Texas well before the Kavanaugh hearings. Ted was nowhere to be found.

After the hearings were over, Ted should have hit the campaign trail like a ton of bricks, but he was almost invisible.

I didn't even begin getting texts from his campaign until two weeks before election day, and I'm on their list as a past donor.

All the people that voted no on prop 6 - half thought it would be bad for the roads and bridges (BS commercials lying), and half thought no meant repeal! It was written so poorly, deliberately. No govt wants to give back the $ they steal.
