Republican Hawley Pulling Away from Sen. McCaskill in Missouri
Newsmax ^ | 10/28/18 | John Gizzi

Missouri Republicans could scarcely contain themselves Sunday, with the release of a fresh Missouri Scout poll showing Republican Josh Hawley leading Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill by 49 to 45 percent statewide.

The poll, which has a margin of error of +/-2.6 percent, stood in striking contrast to a Fox News poll two weeks ago showing State Attorney General Hawley and two-termer McCaskill tied at 46 percent each.

“Claire's at the end of her string,” former Lieutenant Governor and 2016 GOP gubernatorial hopeful Peter Kinder told Newsmax, “She's been tagged. No longer can she dodge and dance her famous two-step.”

What do the voter turnout numbers by party affiliation in Missouri look like so far?

HAWLEY NEEDS TO LEAN ON McCASKILL FOR THIS.

McCaskill wants her staff investigated......for telling the truth. Why is McCaskill trying to hide her PP connections?

McCaskill campaign staffers are caught on video explaining that P/Parenthood secretly funnels
pro-abort donations to her to avoid the scrutiny of Missouri’s conservative electorate.
“PP goes through other means to get us that money. Not that PP doesn’t support Claire,
it’s because they know it’s a tough state to win for a pro-abort Democrat.”

McCaskill is playing the same fool-the-stupid-voters game as Louisiana loser Landrieu.

Democrat Landrieu got caught saying she had to “talk down” to the home folks.

They were “too stupid” to understand why she said one thing to them then voted the opposite.

Saw the last debate. He looked suave, professional, successful. She looked like a mean old hag. The roles are usually reversed. Just look at all the effort and $$ given to Beto over that meanie Cruz.

In Mizzou for business. Hawley's adds are running constant on TV.

And yep, they make her look like a mean old hag.

Then there’s Donna Shalela. You seen the hottie going against her? Madeline Albright looks better.

Amazing that Claire can get 25% still. She can thank the dead in St Louis.

They are all pulling away. I think any “polls” or news making most of these races close are hogwash. I do think the MT race is close, and the OH race. But not IN, and FL given the voter registration advantage of the Ds, really isn’t close.

STL will always vote whatever candidate has a D by her name. McCaskill has run her idiot mouth one too many times. Her comment about bootheel voters being unimportant and no on Kavanaugh torpedoed her.

Indiana voted for Trump and I see no reason that tendency should change.

Any decent Demon will reflect on the sheer evil of the Kavanaugh Hearings and vote against a man who cast his vote against the Rule of Law.

She will run out of days until the election long before she runs out of money. Wonder where all that money came from?

Thanks for the realtime report.

McCaskill’s biggest liability is that she is a fifth wheel as Trump drives to make America great again.

Isn’t it interesting that when a Democrat leads outside the margin of error then they often poll more than 50%. When a Republican does the same they never seem to get above 49%. This indicates to me that most polls are in reality campaign weapons. They aren’t there to measure reality, they are there to sway voter turnout. “Hey that Republican has 49%! We’d better get out and vote!”
