Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris of California has scheduled her first campaign trip to Iowa before Election Day, stoking speculation about a potential 2020 presidential campaign.
The first-term senator plans stops on Oct. 22-23 in what will be her first visit to nation’s leadoff presidential caucus state since she was elected in 2016. She was last in Iowa when, as San Francisco’s district attorney, she campaigned for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential bid.
Harris is among a large group of Democrats, including several senators, who are contemplating a challenge to President Donald Trump. She has won increased attention in recent weeks for her visible role on the Senate Judiciary Committee in opposition to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. […]

How Harris, a double box-checker will do, remains to be seen - but sad to say, our country is now at a point where electing a useless America-hater like her is not out of the question. We’ve imported a lot of people who share her antipathy to our homeland.

However, in practical terms, an NBC is whatever the general consensus assumes it is. Unless someone of stature steps forward and challenges her status, the whole issue is mute. You saw how everyone ignored it in the case of Obama? It set an unofficial precedent.
Don't expect the RINOs to stick their necks out. (Don't expect Ted Cruz or Little Marco to stick their necks out!) The mainstream press will unmercifully attack anyone who raises the issue as "raciss".
The only hope is for someone with standing to bring the issue before SCOTUS. But even then it's iffy with traitors like John Roberts on the court. Roberts is OK on nickel an dime issues, but when it comes to silver dollar issues, his true chops show. Maybe the trick is to raise the issue over someone who is ostensibly on our side—Nicki Haley.
