idk, Collins press conference at 3 will determine it. Dems just need to flip 2 of 3 Senators in question. Flip 1 of 3 and it is tie and Pence breaks. So if Collins says shes voting no, then Manchin will be under intense pressure. I think Collins will be saying why she is voting yes based on what she has said on FBI report. If Collin holds then it gets down to Flake holding.
It's time to strip her of her committee assignments and send her packing to the Democrat Party.
McConnell needs to remove her from the Energy committee ASAP. take away her power and she is nothing . we will gain seats in November she is done as. Republican

I have the same suspicion. And perhaps this has been Collins' hangup. I can scarcely hope to fathom Collins' thought process, but it's possible she has been reluctant to be the only woman in the Senate to vote yes on what has become a gender crimes case.

Pretty sure he’s going to end up a no. He basically said he just voted yes to move the vote forward. Flake will probably flip too. It looks grim, Collins is probably waiting to see how much flak Murkowski gets before she announces her No vote.l judging by how muted the crazies have been since the vote. Kavanaugh won but the mob is not going crazy this is a bad sign.
