Sen. Lisa Murkwoski (R-AK) told reporters Friday that she agrees with fellow moderate Republican Sen. Jeff Flake (AZ) in his call for an FBI investigation that would delay the Senate floor vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination for up to one week.
Murkowski believes there should be an investigation that is “limited in time and scope.”

During the Senate Judiciary Committee vote to move Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to the full Senate, Sen. Flake insisted that he did not think they should have a full vote on Kavanaugh until there has been a week-long FBI investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh.
The committee did vote 11-10 to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
As a moderate Republican, Sen. Murkowski was a key vote in the confirmation process.
Kavanaugh's confirmation will be determined by her and other key moderate senators such as Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Jeff Flake.
Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford both gave emotional testimonies Thursday on allegations that he groped her and pinned her down while he was drunk at a party in high school.
Kavanaugh fully denies her allegations and the witnesses she initially claimed were present have denied that such an event occurred.

The only possible bright spout, IF Kavanaugh is confirmed, is that he’ll be so po’d that he will become an even more reliable vote on the Court than Clarence Thomas. Nothing like having to endure character assassination to make a person realize that the left is pure evil.
I guess it might be a good idea to look at pending cases that will be heard first and see if there are hidden motives for not approving Kav and ensuring split decisions that would default back to previous ruling.
I've seen some threads with the 2017-18 Supreme Court docket calendar posted on them. You can probably do a search and find it easily.

No crime has been reported, the fbi can request to interview folks, those folks can tell them to pack sand. there is no crime, no evidence of a crime?!?!
Do you know how exactly an FBI investigation works?
They won’t do it with phone calls.
FBI Field agents will be tasked to find and interview all witnesses, complainants, and subject of the investigation.
That means out on the street burning shoe leather.
That will all take time for a thorough and complete investigation.
And do you put any faith in FBI Director Wray, the same man that worked with Muller in the past?
What crime are they to investagate? And who is telling them to do this investagation, the senate has no authority to order the FBI to do this.
