CNN is reporting that Flake left the hearing to consult with Koons and Collins...doesn’t sound good.
This is what happens when a parties agenda (namely The Dems) has been largely instituted through the courts instead of the legislative branch.

This morning, as the committee was about to go into session, Flake announced his support on the basis of affirming the norms of due process. “What I do know,” Flake declared, “is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. … I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”
He’d be the biggest fool on earth if he changed his vote now.
My point is that Flake may have been triggered by the protestations this morning. He left the hearing before giving remarks and hasn’t returned.
What’s the delay? Is Flake going flakey?
