CNN is reporting that Flake left the hearing to consult with Koons and Collins...doesn’t sound good.
It doesn’t matter how or even IF the committee votes. There was no vote before Thomas was confirmed.

This morning, as the committee was about to go into session, Flake announced his support on the basis of affirming the norms of due process. “What I do know,” Flake declared, “is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. … I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”
He’d be the biggest fool on earth if he changed his vote now.
FoxNews reported Flake is being surrounded by lobbyists trying to get him to vote no.
