Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Mitchell started on that track. She had said it’s under police jurisdiction and there are no statute of limitations. Then she asked him if he had heard from any police regarding these allegations.
OK, so how many more get to question him? Poor guy. I think they are still going to try to get him somehow.

I agree. I’m a constituent of hers. She’s in the Senate only because of her famous last name. Her dad was an iconic columnist for a Twin Cities newspaper for decades.
If her name were Amy Wilson, she’d be at best a junior partner in some law firm in downtown Minneapolis - and nowhere close to the US Senate.

Not only gaps, but contradictions!
Ex: On one hand the experience Dr. Ford says she was subjected to, "the attempted rape", affected her her entire life. Yet, she tells the story about running into Mark Judge at Safeway a few weeks after the incident and saying "Hi" to him. Ford then goes on to describe Mark Judge's reaction to seeing her.
As someone who was once sexually abused by an individual in my childhood, I avoided contact with that person my entire life. Had I "ran" into them, I would have simply walked right past them without saying a thing. I'm pretty sure most who've experienced such a thing would also avoid the abuser to the greatest extent possible.
I’m taken by the fact that the Dems have NO faith in their own staff. Are the democrat staffers incompetent?
