The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.

I don’t know. Mitchell is refuting Ford by asking Judge K questions directly from Ford’s allegations. He’s saying no to them. Now she’s asking about the calendars being changed. He said no. This is contrasting his calendars with Ford’s altered statements from this morning.

Could be part of the plan - she was nice to Ford early on then hammered her at the end. She has to come across as even-handed. She may make a good final statement.
