The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.

I voted for McCain like they asked.

then he forbade the attendance of the president I elected to attend his funeral.

McCain took that dossier to the senate from its source.

McCain did not invite his running mate to his funeral.

Then there’s Romney.

Hey, I voted for him too.

He called the president I elected names and pejoratives.

I voted for George Dubya Bush, the DUMBEST President ever elected. And he comes out against the president I elected.

I voted for Richard Nixon and he voluntarily stepped down for a crime he did not commit, not to mention no protest against voter fraud in Illinois.

There’s more but like a good kid I voted for them, over and over.

And yet on this thread I am called stupid, to get off of it.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one who will never again vote Republican.

Dr. Ford holds a PHD in Psychology. Even if she wasn’t a real victim of a sexual assault she is still an expert on everything a victim would do, react, recall, and anything else pertaining to this trauma. She could put on a very believable act.

Which is my point. Your not supposed to notice that part. I am only 15 years old and I have never even heard of a polygraph before.... And I can't remember what I did last week like whether or not I had a polygraph the same day as my mother's death or whether or not I showed the Washington Post the notes they said they saw.

The prosecutor's job in this case is to gather enough evidence so that those Senators who might vote for Kavanaugh are convinced that Ford is not a credible witness.

It is NOT the prosecutor's job to put on a great performance for the TV audience.

Now the Senators in the hot seat will now start poring over this hearing.

At this moment, Lindsey Graham is saying vehemently that the prosecutor did a great job.

He further says that while something may have happened to Ford, the guilty party is NOT Brett Kavanaugh.

To me, the most damning comment by Ford was that her best friend at the time (who was said to be at the party) does not remember the party in question because she has "health problems." Unless her health problem is Alzheimers, she would have corroborated her "best friend's" sexual attack because her "best friend" would have told her about it, either immediately or later.

The GOP handled the Ford testimony with calmness and methodically focused on the political elements of the issue.

When Kavanaugh gets up, count on the Democrats to prove that it's all about politics.

They will overplay their hand.
