The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Got her lying about flying.
Prosecutor is laying groundwork for later boom.

Counsel needed to broaden the question - not just who did she speak to about her allegation, but was she in contact with people on social media, messaging, email, etc. and if so who.
If we subpoenaed her deleted social media I bet we would learn things adverse to her position.
She’s loving this. That much is inordinately clear.

She took the polygraph test on August 7 outside of BWI airport. This was all calculated.

So she didn’t tell anyone about the incident, and at one point she decided to retain counsel, but only after that was suggested by other people she didn’t tell about it? Maybe I misheard something.
She’s laying a foundation. She’s boxing her in.
I turned him off too. He was talking while playing clips, and it made my head spin. He also sounded like a downer, to put it mildly. I am trying to give Mitchell a chance, as I see her doing a lot of good, given the crappy format of the hearing. She had Ford correct several things, showing many inconsistencies, and showed she lied about flying too.

Mitchell appears like she would be fantastic in a court of law, but this is not a court of law. Not sure if she’s really excelling in this setting. Needs to HAMMER Ford on the inaccuracies and lies in her statements. Enough with this mumbo jumbo about the airplane and letters.
