Her best friend has never met the Judge and said so in a letter. She says her best friend was there.Whatttt.
This is the problem right here - there is no corroboration for her story. This can only remain in the political theater because there is a ton of reasonable doubt in the criminal realm. It is covered in reasonable doubt..... no corroboration, statements to the contrary, large gaps in the recollection and a shifting story, etc etc. Frankly, using a criminal standard it is not even meeting probable cause. That requires evidence and when your only evidence is a shifting narrative about something that occurred 36 years ago that other persons present deny it is not the basis for anything.
The audience is mostly applying a criminal justice standard, but the Senators are immersed in the politics and optics. Their time would be better spent examining the “motives” of her advocates from start to finish, the suspicious timing ala DiFi, and her past associations that provide her with motive to do this.
Weigh the evidence - an unprovable allegation with holes and questionable motive vs a man with an impeccable reputation. It is too bad that objectivity has been thrown out the window, but I still believe he will be confirmed. If not, we have become a banana republic.

I really hope she comes back to that. That is a very important point. Yes, and we don't have all damn day, this isn't a deposition. We have limited time, she has GOT to cut to the chase.

Sen. Whitehouse is building a giagantic strawman. Hey, remember that these allegations only came to light after the nomination hearing had concluded.

When it comes time for Lindsey Graham to talk he needs to take over and talk for himself and grill her ass.

She has a PhD but doesn’t know the meaning of “exculpatory evidence”. I give up.

Kavanaugn was on a public list of SC picks in mainstream news coverage in 2012 when Romney was the presidential candidate. Sane year she started this stunt.

OMG! We now know why. I had intimate connection to a diagnosed sociopath woman for two decades. She exhibited the same glee when she got a victory via a lie that Dr. Sociopath exhibited earlier.
It's all about her wanting a foyer to host GOOGLE INTERNS! She was gleeful that her lie got her what she wanted. NO normal person would react that way under these conditions... but a sociopath would. The sociopathic woman I knew had that same look and sounded the same when her false accusations got a man she worked with fired because she didn't like looking at him (he was obese). She relayed it to me.. she was so gleeful she couldn't contain herself. After my look of horror, she changed on a dime. They don't get that the rest of us don't think like them.
They will say and do ANYTHING to get what they want... even if what they want is trivial and the damage they do to get it... is enormous.
It's all about wanting the damn foyer to her house. And it being Brett fits with political agenda and supports her abortion company consulting gig.
I don't know what will happen. Brett will probably not be confirmed... sociopaths almost always win. But she is a liar. She is a sociopath. She is one of the souless. No matter happens, at least most of us in the real world know the truth.

Does one casually approach a boy who had assaulted you and say “Hello” as Dr. Ford has testified she did with Mark Judge at the Safeway 4 to 6 weeks later?
To: NKP_Vet
I look forward to that. When is he coming up?
