Now comes a third accuser against Brett Kavanaugh, this time claiming the Supreme Court nominee was part of a gang of high school boys who spiked the drinks of teenage girls in order to assault and rape them. Really? Does even Mazie Hirono believe this?
The charge comes from Julie Swetnick, a Washington-area woman elevated to accusatory fame on Wednesday by Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for porn actress Stormy Daniels. She claims that Mr. Kavanaugh and high school friend Mark Judge drank to excess at numerous parties and then assaulted girls and women with abandon. She says in a sworn statement that the gang would “‘target’ particular girls” who were alone or shy for serial rape.
So we are supposed to believe that the boys at Georgetown Prep, amid their dreams of Yale, conspired to commit drug and sex crimes on multiple occasions over many years. Yet word of this rape gang at an elite Jesuit high school never made it to anyone in authority. None of the rape victims spoke up—not to a teacher, parent or other official—then or since. None of the boys bragged about it to friends who spoke to a parent or priest.
As for Ms. Swetnick, she says in her statement that she was personally assaulted in 1982 at one of these parties, yet she admits that she attended “well over 10” of these parties from 1981-1983. This means she would have returned to these parties even after she was gang-raped. She suddenly recalls it all now after 35 years, though somehow this never came up during FBI investigations of Mr. Kavanaugh’s background over more than two decades.

In the 70s I attended an elite all-boys Jesuit HS near Baltimore similar to Georgetown Prep. (Loyola Blakefield.) We commonly attended parties with girls from nearby Catholic girls’ HS’s. There was a lot of drinking (the legal age was 18, so seniors bought beer etc for the parties), but the idea that boys were raping or attempting to rape girls at these events, which were closely parallel to Kavanaugh’s time at GT Prep, is beyond belief, grotesque, and an insult to our intelligence. Dems might as well charge us with conducting satanic rituals and murdering babies.
The idea that teenage drinking at parties is indicative of rape gangs is pure insanity and a vast overreach by the desperate DemonRats, who are showing that they will stop at nothing, including the most vile character assassination, to prevent Kavanaugh from being confirmed.
It’s very telling that CBF is a SJW Lefty prof who “recovered” her memory circa 2012 on a therapist’s couch. This event reminds me of the falsely accused operators of day-care centers, bogus convictions which relied on “recovered” memories induced in children by SJW shrinks.
In the day care cases, the accusers where innocent children with false memories planted in their minds, but in the Kavanaugh case, SJWs are conveniently “recovering” memories to assassinate his character. This is what SJWs mean by By Any Means Necessary: even lying for the cause.

Yesterday on the Kuhner radio show a caller said he lived close to Swetnick growing up, his parents were very close to her parents and he said she was a loon. She had substance abuse issues and mental problems. He said “Julie not only had issues, she had the full subscription.”

This should be the last time the SCOTUS nominations should be handled this way. This has demeaned the entire process.
Perhaps we should consider dismantling the legislative power of the SCOTUS,which it was not intended to have, so choosing justices is not a life and death matter.
