Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer have released a report in the New Yorker from a second woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct — and this time it includes a dildo.
The 53-year-old accuser Deborah Ramirez told the New Yorker that she was initially hesitant to speak out because she was drunk at the time and her memory had gaps. She spent six days “carefully assessing her memories” and consulting with her attorney before going public.
Ramirez said that, when both she and Kavanaugh were freshmen at Yale, she was invited by a friend on the women’s soccer team to a dorm-room party. She recalled that the party took place in a suite at Lawrance Hall, in the part of Yale known as the Old Campus, and that a small group of students decided to play a drinking game together. “We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction. Later, she said, she was on the floor, foggy and slurring her words as that male student and another stood nearby. (Ramirez identified the two male onlookers, but, at her request, The New Yorker is not naming them.)
A third male student then exposed himself to her. “I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.” She recalled remarking, “That’s not a real penis,” and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to “kiss it.”

Paul Mirengoff over at Powerline points out what I and others here have been saying:
First, Ramirez says she was completely inebriated when the misconduct supposedly occurred.
Second, she told the New Yorker she wasn’t certain what happened until “after six days of talking with her attorney” a former elected Democrat. According to Farrow and Mayer, “in her initial conversations with The New Yorker, [Ramirez] was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty.” But one can do plenty of brain washing in six days.
We’ve all heard of the “MeToo” movement. Now we have the “MeToo, My Democrat Attorney Thinks” movement.
Third, Ramirez doesn’t even claim she saw Kavanaugh do anything; only that someone yelled out that Brett had done something.
Fourth, none of the other dozen people the New Yorker contacted said that Kavanaugh was even at the party where the misconduct allegedly occurred, let alone that misconduct actually occurred.
Fifth, multiple other students went on the record disputing that this happened.
The Dildo has been drinking, Not Me!
Why is it that one or two women are to be believed but 35 or more women who have said Kavanaugh did not behave this way and one women dated him in high school are dismissed??
Repeat a lie often enough and people will believe it is truth. The modus operandi of the American media...which, imho, is where the true collusion lies.
The Evil bastards probably have a whole slew of women ready to speak out.
All this to preserve Roe V Wade and the GLBTXYZ movement.
This is the “Roy Moore” playbook because Ford was exploding. Avennati is claiming he now has another woman. The next demand by the Dems is to demand another FBI investigation, which someone earlier opined is because they need the “fake” accusers to “Discovered” by the FBI to provide more credibility.

In other words, she repeatedly told the same story over and over again to her lawyer who pointed out inconsistencies and inaccuracies that needed correction. After several hundred trial runs, they were ready to go forward.
Well said. Somebody needs to start suing these people for making these insane accusations.

You did not read the article. If you had, there is no way you can claim it’s “pretty damning” for Kavanaugh.
