Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys have reached a tentative agreement during a conference call with bi-partisan committee staffers for her to testify on Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committeewho regarding her uncorroborated accusations that Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago at a drunken high school pool party. Kavanaugh adamantly denies Blasey Ford’s accusations and has had dozens of women who have known him for decades come to his defense as character witnesses.

On Thursday is a full cave. That’s the one point I wish they stuck to, but I guess Collins/Flake wouldn’t allow them to.

The Committee will do whatever Ford’s attorney tells them to do. She is running the show.
If they need to hear testimony on Thurs morning, maybe we can’t avoid it. But they should vote Thursday afternoon, and Grassley should extract promises from all Republicans that if Ford fails to show Thursday morning (that would be: before Noon) then all Republicans must vote for Kavanaugh.
The man is incredibly qualified. Baseless allegations with failure to actually testify is no basis for “cold feet”.

She will never testify. This is just to buy time for them to drop their second phony allegation after they prep that willing dupe. They are hoping a second false allegation will prompt Kavanaugh to withdraw his name.
