They'd delay again, until the SC was seated in October. and there's every reason they'd get away with it, once they saw Flake , Grassley, even DjT submit to their demands for the sake of appearing reasonable.

He ordered an immediate release and now he has agreed to a DOI IG review process of indeterminate length, plus he did not say he would release after this review but that he could. For those who hoped for an unredacted release well before the election, now what and when is up in the air.
