Democrats are doing everything they can to stop the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. We knew that. The problem was they had little to no tools to accomplish this. The GOP had the votes. The moderate wing of the Senate GOP had more or less given their stamp of approval. All they could do was create a ruckus, which they did during the hearings. The committee vote was slated for this past Thursday, but Feinstein’s office dropped a bombshell: a sexual misconduct allegation that has so far been poorly handled by Democrats. The timing is incredibly suspect. The allegation is nearly 40 years old. And the accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, can’t remember where the party was, who hosted it, how she got there, or how this gathering came about. There are no corroborative witnesses, all those cited by Ford have denied the incident occurring, with some even wondering if such a party took place. It’s unprovable. Period. But that’s the beauty of it for Democrats; it creates a path to delay until after the 2018 midterms. They’re weaponizing Me Too for the elections. It’s the resurrection of the War on Women from 2012, though this allegation could be totally false. Democrats want the FBI to investigate. The FBI has already said they’re not going to touch it. They did their duty concerning the background check, there’s no federal crime, and this is a political issue, not one for law enforcement.

4 days was enough to delay this crap for Kavanaugh to face his accuser. Had they voted today, candidates would not have a bone to throw to the perpetual ignorant “outragers” (Who vote for Repubs sometimes and on the fence).

The timing is suspect, but standard fare for democRATS. They did this to Clarence Thomas, Roy Moore, Ben Carson, Donald Trump, and Kavanaugh is the latest. Ted Kennedy (who killed a woman) smeared Robert Bork in different ways to prevent his confirmation to the Supreme Court. None of this is new. But, people should dismiss how all of this always happens to smear Republicans when the democRATs have all of the REAL problems with ethics.

The strategy isn't perfect, but it sure minimizes the chances for unexpected racial or sexual misconduct allegations from a former high school classmate.

Hold the vote tomorrow. Then prosecute this accuser for false testimony, and her lawyer and anyone else involved in this political conspiracy to ruin a person by false charges. Disbar the lawyer. Fire Joy Behar. If there isn’t a law against all this, enact one.

One very simple fact. It's not possible to prove a negative. It's impossible to prove that you did NOT assault someone. You can put up reasonable doubt. For instance, you were in a different place. But given the fact that they won't even tell the accused when he was supposed to have committed the assault, it's just another case of "East German justice." "Show me the man, I'll show you the crime."
The current FBI leadership cannot be trusted for anything.

Maybe someone should inform the DNC that their black hats in the intel industry that have been anchored in for them since Ike have been torn apart by Trump and primarily the white hats that helped get Trump in. No more business as usual with blackmailing and extortion using intel and planting false evidence.
