Forget theories, it did not happen.
Judge and and Smyth did NOT say that they were never at a “party” with CBF.
What they said was that they were never at a party with CBF AND Kavanaugh.

From what he then wrote on Twitter, it seems very likely they didn’t talk. He went on to say: “To be clear, I have no idea what, if anything, did or did not happen in that bedroom at the top of the stairs, and I therefore do not state, imply or insinuate that Garrett or anyone else committed the sexual assault that Ford alleges.”
Doesn’t sound like they talked about things, does it!

And if you believe in pulling in a third party who may very well be totally innocent, but who would have no more means of clearing his name that Kavanaugh has, then you aren’t much of an American. The Left may destroy innocent people with smears, but those of us who believe in justice shouldn’t imitate them!
I happen to know that Mr Rogers has been involved in killing commies and other unsavory characters for the betterment of America. Have you done any of that sort of thing? He’s actually walked the walk, have you?

The premise is that a woman starts up a detective agency, but she creates the character of Remington Steele because she fears that nobody would hire her if they knew the agency detective was a woman. All goes well until one day when a con man shows up claiming to be Remington Steele, and he inserts himself as the namesake head of the agency and claims the owner is his secretary.
If the Democrats are, as you say, knowingly staging a false claim, then it is a bit of turnabout as fair play to have Kavanaugh's side send in their Remington Steele, aka Garrett, to fit all the admitted facts to-date and make the Democrats either deny it on their simple say-so, to accept it, or to let slip that it was a hoax all along.
And, of course, Garrett could also surprise everyone and say that it really was him all along.

As a sophomore, I was invited by a guy on campus who claimed to be a grad. student to a party off campus. I invited some girls I had just met on campus and they drove us.
The party felt strange like the people were not well acquainted with each other, not happy or fun. We accepted some drinks. My one and only drink was absolutely drugged.
I was quickly sick and disoriented within 20 minutes. So I retreated to the bathroom. I nearly fell asleep and curled up on the floor. I Felt paralyzed and dizzy. People were banging on the door. So I got up and kept splashing water on my face and was totally freaked out and had no idea what was happening to me.
When I finally emerged, my legs were heavy. I was unable to speak, people looked warped and surreal. Everyone was leaving, He must have told them all to leave. I had to force my legs to walk each and every step, completely disoriented. I later learned he had told my friends I had already left, they were gone! They left me. And then the real fear set in, his eyes were shifty. He had drugged me and set a trap. I knew I was his prey.
He kept staring at my eyes and spoke. But I could not comprehend a single word he said. His speech reverberated and echoed, incomprehensible to me. He kept staring at me and then a phone rang and he took the phone out to the balcony.
I planned an escape. I went back to the bathroom, turned on the exhaust fan, shut the door and locked it. Then I snuck out of the place. I left my jacket on the sofa so he would assume I was still there, but back in that bathroom.
When I looked at the staircase it looked enormous, like a million steep steps. I could not manage walking down a step. So, I slid on the handrail on my belly to each landing and fell at the bottom down each flight of stairs.
At the end was a wide long open corridor and I could not walk fast enough in time to escape. I was afraid he would find me and feared my ankle was broken. But it was just torn and bruised. Then I crawled behind a hedge and I hid.
Minutes later, he came barging out his door, yelling something. He came part way down the staircase and looked about, then I think he yelled something at me and called me a b___ and his door slammed shut.
After some time, I got up and forced myself to walk. It felt like my legs had lead weights, like I had polio. Apparently, I was not walking right, because a car pulled over they offered me a ride and asked if I were okay. I could not speak and so I shook my head and kept walking. After they pulled away, I realized it was a family and they had been trying just to help. But they were gone. It was a long way and a real challenge just not to collapse focusing on moving my legs out to walk. The area of town was horrible, but with lots of traffic.
When I got back to the dorm the desk clerk immediately approached to confirm I was alright. I nodded and sat in the lobby for a while and they brought me water and then I collapsed in my room. While I could conceptualize ideas and think coherently enough to have evaded his trap, I still was mute for hours. I’m not sure of what drug he used, but I was just so relieved to have survived unscathed. This memory is as old as Ford’s and I’m confident I could find the apartment building, assuming it’s still there.
There are many stories about women who have been drugged. To be clear, that’s drugged in preparation for rape. Without interference from friends, most will be immobilized. Be careful out there ladies. It happens at colleges, in bars, clubs, restaurants, and parties. And predators span all the age groups.
