CNN)The woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault says the FBI should investigate the incident before senators hold a hearing on the allegations.

FBI does not initiate an investigation based on allegations until there is a SWORN STATEMENT from the person making the allegations. She needs to show up for the hearing and make her statement under oath. It can be done in private or public, up to her.
They already did.
If they do have her come before the Senate panel, under sworn testimony, it should be openly covered — none of that behind closed doors, kid gloves “Hillary” treatment. Let the general public, voting citizens, see what they make of her.

Sen. Grassley must state unequivocally there will be no investigation.
He should require a definite commitment to appear Monday from Ford by noon tomorrow (Wednesday).
That cancelled Thursday full vote on Kavenaugh should be immediately re-scheduled pending the Wednesday-by-noon deadline for Ford's commitment to show on Monday.
Enough of this shameful catering to the Dem's endless hand-wringing and poo-hurling.
