At the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency, the President has directed the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to provide for the immediate declassification of the following materials: (1) pages 10-12 and 17-34 of the June 2017 application to the FISA court in the matter of Carter W. Page; (2) all FBI reports of interviews with Bruce G. Ohr prepared in connection with the Russia investigation; and (3) all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all Carter Page FISA applications.
In addition, President Donald J. Trump has directed the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to publicly release all text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.
This may, or may not, be significant.
We’ll see.
Listening to Dan Bongino subbing for Mark Levin. He thinks it's nuclear.
But, as you say, we'll see. I suspect there's extremely embarrassing, criminal stuff contained in those docs.
We'll see.
Not surprised by the MSM placing a negative spin on the release of information. No doubt, the documents will show the coordination and collusion of the MSM with the plotters of the coup. Wikileaks already demonstrated that connection with the emails from the DNC and Podesta.
Amazing isn't it? The MSM trying to obstruct the flow of information from the government to the people. They have been perpetrating a phony narrative ever since Trump won the election. The information will give the lie to what they are doing. And their audiences will be stunned because it does not comport with what they have been telling them.
Deep throat is celebrated as a hero as is the leaker of the Pentagon papers. Now Trump is the villain for releasing redacted material. Go figure.
People at his level could, and would, get info they wanted, "need to know" be damned. They are the golden children at the top.
Now his clearance is gone if anyone gives him anything classified they, and Brennan, would be committing a Felony. There may be some that say something to him but with the way the winds are blowing they would now be brought up on charges.
“they wont spin it; they will just ignore it.”
Yep. I watched and recorded all of the “majors.” Not one word.
Fox mentioned it at 1910 hrs.
Hope there is enough rope in DC.

I don’t think the President stuttered his order.
Yes, what part of “immediately” don’t they understand. They are trying to tangle him up in another bureaucratic review process and, I suspect, he is going to have to intervene directly and dramatically or the alphabet agencies will just drag the release out until whenever. This sounds like the ongoing effort to force Hillary’s emails out of the State Department with Judicial Watch having to to go to court repeatedly to try and get compliance. Trump is going to have to start firing people or sending in the Marines to get all of what he has directed released IMO.
Me likey! :)
That’s a very good point. Thank you.

I appreciate your clarification.
I instruct my students to please refrain from using pronouns ‘cause I do not know whether they’re referring to “monkeys, moomoos, or marbles”. (As 7th-grade math students, they get a kick out of it and learn to tell me what the number/answer refers to.)
Thank you, again. :-)
Thanks for the response. It seemed the discussion regarding Brennan losing his security clearance mainly centered on his inability to view documents.
But, if losing a security clearance means no one with a security clearance dares to talk with Brennan, then Trump needs to revoke everyone’s clearance.
Watch them pull a Sally Yates, and refuse to comply.
Then we’ll get to hear POTUS say: “You’re fired!”!
They can talk to him all they want as long as it is not about classified information.
I don't think he'll have many conversations with them any more as talking about the weather and the grandkids can get boring real fast.
DOJ, Federal judges... which will try to stop the release?
17 Sept: Fox News: Trump orders feds to declassify key FISA documents, text messages in FBI Russia probe
By Samuel Chamberlain; Fox News’ Jake Gibson, John Roberts and Catherine Herridge contributed to this report.
The source added that the Justice Department is working on a “compressed timeline” and they expect the first release of records in days or sooner. The text messages are expected to take longer because of the sheer number involved and the fact that Trump ordered their release without redactions.
A Justice Department spokesperson told Fox News that the DOJ and FBI “are already working with the Director of National Intelligence to comply with the President’s order.”.
ODNI spokesperson Kellie Wade told Fox News: “As requested by the White House, the ODNI is working expeditiously with our interagency partners to conduct a declassification review of the documents the President has identified for declassification.”
Congressional sources told Fox News that House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., does not know how soon he will get the documents, but said Trump’s order covers “pretty much everything that he wanted ... and the text messages are a bonus.”
According to the sources, Nunes added: “Wow! This is a direct order.”
