What a Grotesque spectacle!
McCain spent a year planning this Funeral Gala to make himself look like a head of State dying. He wanted a funeral on par with the passing of a President.
I just looked up Teddy Kennedy's funeral and I see at the time it was just as big a spectacle as McCain's, so I guess McCain patterned his funeral after Kennedy's.
It is amazing to see all of McCain's enemies now lauding him, this whole thing is dripping with Hypocrisy and Mendacity by the Train Loads.
I do feel sorry for McCain's mother, I saw last night she is still alive at 106, I wonder if she is able physically to attend the funeral.

He hated and condemned the Swift Boat Vets For Truth when they went after Kerry, but then embraced them when he was running for President because he needed their support. John McCain was a fair-weather friend. He only knew you when he needed something from you.

Is the Pallbearer the man who helps to carry the coffin from the church to the hearse? I haven’t been to many funerals, and those funerals that really mattered to me, I wasn’t paying any attention to who does what in processions.
I come from a family that doesn’t discuss things like funerals until the very last minute. Nobody plans ahead.
If that is who a Pallbearer is, the McCains chose quite a few up in age men to do it. It would be ‘awful’ if somebody should drop their end of the coffin. Wouldn’t it?
