BROOKLYN, Iowa (AP) - For years, the young man from Mexico presented himself as a legal U.S. resident and reliable worker at a family dairy farm in small town Iowa, his employer said.

Bwahahahaha
Nicely played
And precisely how do you come to that conclusion?
Thanks for the update!
It seems the employer isn’t as clean as first claimed. It’s not hard to find and use E-Verify.
Thanks for the update. I agree - Judicial Watch seems very reliable, and they're doing great work (I wish the process was faster!).
Mandatory e-verify will go a long way towards preventing the hiring of illegal aliens.
So the parents are here illegally?
Bet the kid is an anchor baby
Deport them all
They say he was driving a car. I wonder if he had an Iowa driver’s license. Another crime to charge him with.
Over the last two days here are a few other threads about this topic if anyone cares to scan thru them.

I dont know if its still the case, but I think it used to be if documents appear to be real employers accept them..
From UCIS.. Keep in mind that USCIS does not expect you to be a document expert. You are expected to accept documents that reasonably appear to be genuine and to relate to the person presenting them.
His employer followed the law.
The illegal had fake ID.
Through various reports on digital media.
A guy that works for me three contribution streams to his SS account. SS and ICE have been informed. SS doesn’t care and he will not get the benefit from the extra deposits.
This is a tragic situation for the family and our focus should be on them. This guy is a POS and execution should be in his near future.
My concern is that we don’t fall into the pattern of the left and use this poor woman’s death to promote an agenda.
just like the left screaming for gun control after a shooting. We should not use her death to promote dealing with illegal immigration.
He was just getting ready to receive his G.E.D. and turn his life around when this happened.
Never underestimate how evil and dishonest the left really is. They absolutely do not care about human life and that has been proven many times over throughout history. One of the things they do is to deny human nature. I’m sure the Boston strangler was a fairly hard working plumber or whatever he did, but he also was an evil killer with a lot of serious mental problems.
The media rushed to say he was here legally without finding out that he had lied to his employer about his identity.
Oh, well that makes his murdering a young woman, out for a jog, just okay then. He was here illegally, he murdered a U.S. citizen, of a young age.
I hate the media, I really do.
"Yarrabee Farms is owned by a prominent Iowa GOP family."
This is why we cannot clean up the immigration mess and get a border wall. There are far too many GOP "elites" who rely on the open borders cheap labor express. And they do not want anything to change. Having illegals in your work force keeps them compliant and suppresses wages. Unless and until we purge the GOP of these exploiters, whose natural home is the democrat party, we will make little progress.
I believe Mollie Tibbets probably had her own "dreams" and they did not include being murdered.
They’re trying to show us that we shouldn’t be afraid of illegal aliens in our midst. They’re OK, they just snap once in a while like all of us do. Or something like that.
