Thanks for the update!

It seems the employer isn’t as clean as first claimed. It’s not hard to find and use E-Verify.

They say he was driving a car. I wonder if he had an Iowa driver’s license. Another crime to charge him with.

I don’t know if it’s still the case, but I think it used to be if documents “appear” to be real employers accept them..

From UCIS.. “Keep in mind that USCIS does not expect you to be a document expert. You are expected to accept documents that reasonably appear to be genuine and to relate to the person presenting them.”
