A coalition of news outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, BuzzFeed and The Washington Post, want the federal judge presiding over the Paul Manafort trial to unseal the names and addresses of the jurors deliberating on the case.
The judge, T.S. Ellis III, agreed to hear arguments about the disclosure during a hearing scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday.
“A thirsty press is essential to a free county,” Ellis said in court when addressing the media companies’ motion. He also urged the news outlets, which are being represented by the firm Ballard Spahr, to appeal his decision should he rule against publicizing the jury’s information.

And what are they going to do with those Juror’s names? Send them flowers? This borders on criminal, if it’s not already.
The judge has already REFUSED to release the names.
He says he himself is getting death threats over this case.

Hope the jury is sequestered for the weekend, otherwise they’ll be followed to their homes. CNN has sicced the wolves on them.
Also hope Pres. Trump tweets out that CNN is actively interfering in the trial process AND declares CNN an enemy of the people so Wolf Blitzer can cry foul.
A real IC would get the names, give them to Brennan who could then leak them to CNN.

Perhaps it’s just tinfoil. Let’s see if I’m wrong. It would be better if I was. But I don’t trust the Democrats. Maybe that’s just me.
Of course, you’d have to purge any dissenting voices, i.e. those that support the President, from social media, like Facebook (gag), Twitter (only one worth reading is the President, most of the time - and this Benghazi hero now), Youtube purge, etc.
But of course THAT kind of purge and restricted free speech would never happen in America......
Why else would they want the names except to intimidate them.
I’m not a lawyer, but it seems that this could be grounds for a mistrial. If jurors find out - before the verdict is in - that they could face harassment or death threats for the “wrong” verdict, this judge might say “enough.”

Look at the press in Washington’s administration and the press during the run up to & during the Civil War. They were not any where close to honest & impartial.
IF somehow these names get released, it should result in an immediate mis-trial.
