Donald Trump's presidential campaign on Tuesday filed a legal action against former senior White House advisor Omarosa Manigault Newman, alleging she breached a nondisclosure agreement.
Trump's 2020 re-election campaign filed the arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, according to a Trump campaign official. She is accused of violating a 2016 confidentiality agreement she signed with that campaign, the official said.
Manigault Newman did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment on the Trump campaign's legal action.

I don’t have an issue with someone passing the plate for someone in need. But I also have to shake my head at the self indulgent attitude of someone who begs for money for trips to Disney for example. The Go Fund Me thing is another example of a culture failure where people think it’s better to ask for handouts than to go work for what you want.
Again, if someone wants to use the GFM mechanism as a means to collect for a charity or good cause, that’s a good cause.
My original comment was in reference to the recent GFM news related to the arrogant ass Peter Strzok collecting $150k in 24 hours for his ‘legal defense’. Pathetic.
I know a guy that has a gofundme page to get money so he can pump his 14yr old daughter full of hormones etc to change her into a boy.

The fact that the campaign is suing indicates they have no fear of disclosure and there will be massive disclosure and deposition.

Problem with these contracts is they don’t specify damages but leave it to the jury.

Was the NDA with the Trump campaign or government? Pre or post election? My govt workplace uses NDAs and they are, IMO, filled with holes any good lawyer should be able to open wide.
On the other hand, there mere act of taking a cell phone into a SCIF should get you a reprimand and using it to take photographs should get you first fired and then jailed.
