The Rev. Gregory Livingston, of New Hope Baptist Church, said Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) has "blood on his hands," and is allegedly "sitting on" millions of dollars in Department of Housing and Urban Development funds that could be helping the affected neighborhoods.

a) Eisenhower did not send troops to fight street gangs
and
b) He did not sent the National Guard.
Eisenhower also violated the law. He sent in the military then nationalized the national guard.

when the democrat future president became mayor of chicago, he should have hired a 1,000 more cops. Then as murders decreases, he could have reduced the number of cops through retirements and no one would be laid off.

Trump should let them wallow in their Progressive Utopia. The front lines should consist of the Cook County Sheriff, Illinois State Troopers, as a last resort, the Illinois National Guard. The Chicago Police Dept. should be considered part of the problem and disbanded.
The National Guard would not be allowed to shoot so they would be sitting ducks to some very bad people.
