So the Estes situation reminds me of a story about how the Kennedy Clan got JFK’s career jump-started in a primary election. They found some schmoe with the same name as the incumbent and got him on the ballot, with no text to let the voter know which guy was which.

I figure that OConnor will net gain around 1,200 votes from the last Franklin precinct O'Connor received 46,340 votes in Franklin County from 198 precincts, which works out to 234 votes per precinct. How do you arrive at the 1,200 number from one precinct?
