He would have won in 2016 without Pennsylvania.
In 2020, he will probably pick up Minnesota and others.
Minnesota looks pretty hardcore from where I am at, but he might win states that he didn’t win in 2016.
Biden is the only dem I think with a chance. I’m not sure of the odds but would say they favor President Trump. That said I’m not convinced Biden could win the nomination. They can sell him as wildly popular but he isn’t Clinton.
