On today’s Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough claimed “we all know” that President Trump is being “blackmailed” by Vladimir Putin. Here’s Scarborough:
“Donald Trump sat there, and was obsequious to Vladimir Putin . . . We all know that Vladimir Putin is holding something over Donald Trump. We do not know what it is. But we know it must be something extraordinary, because no rational politician, no rational president would act this way if he weren’t being blackmailed on some level . . . I know that even Donald Trump supporters know by this point that Vladimir Putin has something over Trump. I know they know that. Some of them may try to deny it. Not many.”

By the way, did the press pick up on Putin’s statement about $400 million that made its way from Russia to benefit Clinton?
Yesterday, I noted Sen. Blumenthal accusing Putin of an “act of war.” So that’s one sure vote for the declaration of war. /sarc

Glgb, I stand corrected. Look like various sites are claiming a million sets per day, which is up quite a bit since 2016. They have Trump to thank for that is my bet. Ingrates. But their demos suck.
State department, media, so-called anti-war movements (cheering the north vietnamese military, for example), so-called anti-imperialism movements (that love communist and islamic imperialism)...

If Trump is being blackmailed by the Russians using information the Russians obtained by hacking Democrats, then what were the Democrats planning to do with that information, if not blackmail Trump with it themselves?

If one believe that morality is what you want it to be, it's just a hop, skip, and jump to that point at which you have to say (and pretend to believe) that reality itself is what you want it to be.
Not to get philosophical, but this is the quicksand that moral relativism leads to...and that which is going to get the Democratic Party in trouble.
Just because one says or believes that reality is what you say it is doesn't mean that reality is going to cooperate.
In fact, reality is stubborn like that...it refuses to cooperate with bullsh!t.
If Trump were actually what Joe claims he is, then Joe’s remains would turn up in some park somewhere.
