He can say he is a socialist, but what he is is a crony capitalist or kleptocrat—pick one.

I don’t know if I would say he’s a crony capitalist. Generally “crony capitalism” is a system where government officials put their cronies into management positions in private industry and use them to exert control over those companies. That’s why I’ve said that crony capitalism isn’t really capitalism at all but rather socialism. Musk doesn’t really operate that way from what I’ve seen. What he does do is secure government subsidies for his businesses. But there is a point where that becomes socialism as well.

I’m not sure how he managed it, but somehow President Trump has driven the Left so much further left that they’re now going over the cliff. And their current leadership is in full lemming-mode, following right along after them. For if they don’t, they’ll be Feinstein’ed.
It’s a popcorn-worthy event, for sure.
Meanwhile, President Trump, a seasoned real estate developer, is hungrily examining the vast middle ground that the Left is in the process of abandoning.
