So they ran audio on the DOJ channel of reporters reading the press release that was subject to an embargo.
Wait a second, how would they know the DNC servers were hacked? The DNC never gave up the servers for forensic study last I recall.

Believe it or not, I don't think the timing of this announcement has anything to do with Trump.
It has everything to do with yesterday's revelation that Clinton's e-mails ended up in the hands of a foreign government. They have to maintain the fiction that this all someone else's fault, not hers.
Front row reporters, giving live coverage for their networks, ignoring embargo of release, discussing Russians, etc.
