Strzok Admits He ‘Detested’ Trump, But Was Still Unbiased
Daily Caller ^ | Chuck Ross

Peter Strzok admitted to Congress on Thursday that he “detested” Donald Trump and was rooting for Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election.

“You were both rooting for Hillary Clinton to win and you both detested Donald Trump, were you not?” Republican Ohio Rep. Steve Chabot asked Strzok during a joint congressional hearing.

“I think that’s fair to say,” said Strzok.

While acknowledging his animus to Trump, Strzok insisted in Thursday’s hearing that bias did not affect his work on the Trump-Russia investigation. Strzok led the investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government as deputy chief of counterintelligence at the FBI.

It’s funny how much he showed his bias during the hears, all the while claiming he wasn’t biased. I wonder, did he have brain failure during the hearings?

Exactly! Perhaps peter is the only person in the history of the world who is able to pull that off. The Dems will certainly believe him.

As for us normal folks, nah. You’re lying again strozek

Considering who they ran in the last 5 presidential elections, I think the DNC could have their next candidate... I say 5, because I’m giving Willie-Jeff some credit for being there when the Internet Economy started up.

Yep! I was called for jury duty and was one of 36 selected to be questioned by the attorneys. As luck would have it, the victims in the case were the parents of my brother-in-law’s wife’s step-father in law (follow along now). I had never met them. The only way I figured out we were “related” by marriage (twice removed, if you can follow that!) was the attorneys went down a list of potential witnesses and asked if we knew any of those people. The step father in law (victims son) was on that list and I recognized his name as being my BIL’s father in law. Whew!

Disqualified!!!

Sorry! It was my BIL’s wife’s stepfather , not step father in law

Because he was verbose and articulate, he initially came off as exciting and credible. But if you watched all if it, you began to realize you were listening to a well-rehearsed set if answers that were used over and over.

Everybody is saying the "rest" if the FBI are good guys (and gals), however as long as this man WORKS FOR THE FBI, he represents them as the FACE OF THE FBI. Every minute he remains further damages an already badly besmurched reputation for this organization. The FBI should be purged from the top down immediately. And if it doesn't happen soon, it will never be credible in the future.

Think about it. If an agent of the FBI politely knocked in your door and properly identified himself, 10 years ago you would have been a little impressed and interested. Today, if that same person came knocking, even with the same proffesionalism, you would have a feeling of dread and doubt, and perhaps even a little fear. The damage done by all this is immeasurable...and every citizens impression has changed for the worse.

The fact that he is still on the job shows he has traction with some of the people who matter. We have to assume it is because he knows where all the skeletons are buried.

How is it possible to "detest" someone and still claim to have no bias against that person?

I can detest someone and still do my job. I work with people I dislike, every day.

However, if the job involved, say, determining criminal culpability of a person I detested... I'd recuse myself. To do anything else would be unethical.

You can claim you were always professional but to claim “we will stop him” shows no bias is a lie...

Everyone has biases... and I have no issue arguing I did not let my biases affect my work...

However to claim that “we will stop him” shows no BIAS is a lie.. flat out...

To be having such a conversation on work equipment during work hours shows you are not being professional

and they stuck him in HR. What’s he doing, hiring more leftists? Firing conservatives?

“and they stuck him in HR. What’s he doing, hiring more leftists? Firing conservatives?”

Oh, no; much worse. He’s harvesting data from files and/or sabotaging personnel files by removing docs, or adding docs. I’ve said from the “git-go” this is an extremely dangerous place for Strzok to be cooling his heels. I worked HR for many years, and know what damage and sabotage can be accomplished there. Anyone who has, or has had, a security clearance has information in HR. We should be afraid — be very afraid.

Sessions needs to be called back in front of the House to answer for this evil troll still having security clearance. This alone is justification to fire Wray, Rosenstein and Sessions. An enemy of America permitted to keep security clearance when he should be in jail awaiting trial. Sessions is not incompetent. He is the problem.

Because he had a backup plan in case their current action failed. No bias??

Stop pissing on our legs and telling us it is raining.

The criminal should have been hanged for this already.

Anyone like Strzok so steaming with hatred simply cannot turn it on and off between his texts - it effected his job - he should have been fired. He is hiding behind the “skirt” of free political thoughts and speech but clearly he could not leave it aside.

The other possibility is that the leadership of the FBI and the entire Deep State in all agencies are owned by the Radical Left and Strzok stays in his position merely because he is a loyal foot soldier of the RadLeft.

Why did I keep hearing Smokey Robinson in my head?

I don’t like you
But I love you
Seems that I’m always
Thinking of you
Oh, oh, oh,
You treat me badly
I love you madly
You’ve really got a hold on me

I don’t want you,
But I need you
Don’t want to kiss you
But I need to
Oh, oh, oh
You do me wrong now
My love is strong now
You’ve really got a hold on me
