But think about the lives his lies helped snuff out for years thereafter. Their first big murder after getting in to the WH. I am somewhat reserved about the choice. She has written no Second Amendment opinions, which concerns me. Everything else she has written looks good though, so she’s probably OK.
Kavanaugh wrote a pro-Obamacare opinion, so I’d prefer it not be him.
I’m a bit apprehensive about Kethledge who clerked for Kennedy. Clerks usually write the opinions and Kennedy’s opi ions supported Roe v Wade and same sex marriage.
