Several news articles, including those here, here, and here, mention him as a leading contender to be nominated by President Donald Trump to replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy on the United States Supreme Court.

The President is using the last list of justices he chose off of. Now we have to decide and dig dirt on that list. Target is Senate for that Info besides public.

I like Trump. That does not mean I think, or have to think he is infallible, always gets the best advice and is incapable of making an error. I actually think he would prefer the author of the article in his cabinet than the yes men you suggest we ought to be.
