On Wednesday, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he will be retiring from the bench at the end of July.
Kennedy, 81, has been a noted swing vote on the court with his decisions often determine the deciding vote on a court split 4 to 4 between liberals and conservatives even though he was considered a conservative, having been appointed by President Reagan in 1987.
THAT would be one amazing WIN!

If he gets to do that, and the ones he has yet to nominate are in the Thomas/Alito/Gorsuch mold, he’ll remake American jurisprudence for generations.

Sotomayor never deserved to be on the SCOTUS. She was a PC pick only. She ‘rules’ using the Libs ‘living, breathing’ attitude for our Constitution, when the actual text has held up for over 200 years. I wouldn’t be unhappy if she retired and let an actual intelligent lawyer take her place.

Boy....I sure hate to see Thomas retire, but I can’t say I blame him...or anyone...wanting to take time to enjoy life with their soulmate.
