Sotomayor never deserved to be on the SCOTUS. She was a PC pick only. She ‘rules’ using the Libs ‘living, breathing’ attitude for our Constitution, when the actual text has held up for over 200 years. I wouldn’t be unhappy if she retired and let an actual intelligent lawyer take her place.
I’ve scanned a couple of Soto’s opinions. She is incredibly dim and unqualified. No more affirmative action hires.
