Rudy for SCOTUS.
As much as I like Rudy, SC Justices are usually a bit more discreet, and hold their cards closer to their chest, than Rudy.

Or she could live to be 100, and stay on just for spite.

Repeat:
There will not now be, or ever, a retirement age appointee to the USSC.

Flake needs to be censured.

He (kennedy) votes with the right about 3:1, including the big cases this week in all of them.
But he is very bad on abortion and marriage, and quite weak on religious freedom. “Thanks to him”, the decision in the bakers case is weak and doesnt protect religious freedom very much.

I agree, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

The abortion decision has been around for way before him. I seriously doubt Roe is ever overturned. I also doubt the courts will revisit gay marriage at this point, either. Not sure I agree with you on him with religious freedom either. Point being, he generally votes on the right. I’d have much rather have had any of the 4 leftists leave.

His brother, Justice Thomas Lee of the Utah Supreme Court, would be even better.

My dark horse replacement candidate is Sydney Powell although I would like to see her running DOJ some day.

Remember when all those Never Trumpers were pouting and rooting for Hillary Clinton because Donald Trump wasnt presidential or something?
Two Supreme Court picks...
To: CatOwner
Doesnt change the 5-4 outlook of the court. Just makes it more solid.President Trump will place a conservative on the bench and Roberts will become the Courts swing vote.

We have to keep praying that we don’t get another Souter. Just think how different our country might be if we had a Bork instead of Souter. GHWB...total swamp creature.

If we can get RGB to retire, two conservative replacements on the court might enable us to beat some state AWB’s in court.
I’d especially like to see the injustice perpetrated by California and New York on its citizens removed.
