The Justice Department is reviewing the conduct of an employee who helped chase Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a Mexican restaurant on Tuesday, but First Amendment scholars say that she may be immune from workplace consequences.
Allison Hrabar, a Justice Department paralegal specialist and member of the Democratic Socialists of America, helped organize a dozen-person DSA-led contingent that chanted “shame” at Nielsen until she left MXDC Cocina Mexicana.
Hrabar came under intense scrutiny following the downtown D.C. protest, and political opponents demanded that she be fired for protesting Nielsen's role in separating suspected illegal immigrants from their children — a policy President Trump partially reversed Wednesday.

I hope she isn’t fired. I think that she makes a perfect poster child for DOJ corruption and bias. Conservative candidates in the next election are going to be able to point to her conduct and to the unjust persecution Trump is enduring. It is going to be worth thousands of votes.

As a government employee, despite being off the clock, she still has to conduct herself in such a manner that doesn’t reflect badly on the department she works for. In this case, she did, and should be severely disciplined for it.
What if Christian activists entered a bakery and harassed a couple trying to order a homo wedding cake? . . . . .

The restaurant owner should have stepped in and thrown out the trash.
That restaurant needs to be out of business.
I say we infiltrate these organizations and tip off conservative groups where their next move will be. Swarm them with our protest and outrage. Hit them where it hurts. So it often and do it quick.
Probably half or more of the protesters are Government employees, within a short walk of the restaurant.
More of them should be identified from the video and DSA membership.
The media is likely scrubbing images of faces, and video of criminal threat statements from what is available online.
Someone in Nielson’s office worked with Hrabar. Hrabar’s iphone, emails (both work related and private) should be checked to see if she communicated with anyone at Nielson’s office about Nielson’s schedule. How else did Hrabar and her minions know where Nielson was going to be? So if my theory is correct at least two government employees should be in the unemployment lines.

Apparently, one of the other patrons in the restaurant tweeted out to the DSA network that they saw her eating nachos there, and they assembled a group quickly from people who were nearby - likely many of whom also work in the Government.
