And every single media outlet will breathlessly report this, almost verbatim, and deeply intone that now...NOW!... Trump should be very worried!

Let the jury consider their verdict, the King said, for about the twentieth time that day.
No, no! said the Queen. Sentence first-verdict afterwards.
Stuff and nonsense! said Alice loudly. The idea of having the sentence first!
Hold your tongue! said the Queen, turning purple.
I wont! said Alice.
Off with her head! the Queen shouted at the top of her voice.

I’ll bet there is a special place in Paul’s heart for Jeff Sessions.

Why didn’t he assume they were watching his every move while out on bail? Trying to tamper with witnesses was stupid. Of course they would catch him. The only reason they went after him in the first place, though, was because they want to squeeze him to get him to say something about Trump. It doesn’t have to be true. They just want him to say something.

Sadly, I am going to read people here whining about it, but not a damn thing will be done to take out those responsible. Let’s just start the damn civil war and be over with it.

Don't know whether Manafort should be jailed before trial, but he should be put on trial. He has nobody but himself to blame for his prior dealings, undeclared income, and unreported foreign lobbying.
However he should point out that Podesta (and many others like Podesta) were not selected for prosecution.

Who is the judge?
Maybe it is justified. Who knows. I don’t know the details of this case or why the Obama admin did not pursue this crime years ago. or did this crime occur during the Bush admin?
