One of the Russian companies indicted by Robert Mueller in the troll farm case has responded to the special counsels recently-filed motion prevent discovery of evidence with a blistering (and somewhat trolling) court filing.
On Thursday, attorneys for Concord Management and Consulting LLC timely submitted their 13-page memorandum in opposition to Muellers requested order.

All three of them should be decorations on the DC cherry trees.
Even if Comey has an immmunity deal from the Obama DOJ I don't see what prevents him from testifying. Not to mention that, given that Mueller and Comey are buddies, common sense should impel Mueller's recusal.
I’m not a lawyer but have enough knowledge of the law to be dangerous when I post on it, so I will ask attorneys on the thread to correct me if I’m wrong. I think the Federal Rules of Procedure (Rule 11?) require that any attorney filing motions and evidence in a case has to swear to the validity of the evidence so presented. If millions of the documents are in Russian and there is no translation, how can that be considered as ethical and legal under the FROC???
Is the next move by the defense attorneys to ask for sanctions and fines on Mueller’s team??? The Courts don’t approve motions for sanctions very often as it endangers an attorney’s career reputation, but even a filing is sufficient to bring the infraction of a “fake filing” to the attention of the Court and public. Correct or not?
This is a ‘Troll farming’ related indictment.
I assume there is no explicit law against Troll Farming.
Mueller hears Russian music playing not a good thing.
“There is an unwritten rule of all good writing and particularly legal writing: never use words, such as dithyramb, that will undoubtedly compel your target audience (the judge) to drop what he/she is reading in order to get a dictionary.”
I admit I was underwhelmed by the writing. I would be more persuaded by:
1. The rule is A
2. They say the rule is B, but it is not, because C.
3. Not only are they breaking Rule A, but what they are up to is wrong because it prevents us from reviewing evidence and making a defense.
4. Therefore we request an order telling them to do A.
I don’t think they are affirming the contents of the discovery.
They affirm that it IS the discovery.
How ever consider the usage of pettifogger.
The usage was to justifiably ridicule the prosecution
Noun
pettifogger (plural pettifoggers)
Someone who quibbles over trivia, and raises petty, annoying objections and sophistry.
An unscrupulous or unethical lawyer, especially one of lesser skill.
We have some pettifoggers who post here. ;-)
Said it before. I’ll say it again. Dear Mr. President: Exercise your Article 2 authority and end the charade. Give Mueller his walking papers, and chain him hand and foot with his coconspirators Sessions and Rosenstein. Fire every lawyer at the FBI - it’s an investigative agency, not intended as a sinecure for attorneys that aren’t skilled enough (or committed enough) to earn a partnership.
Consequences be damned Mr. President. Your poll numbers would soar. The American people have your back. The scumbags in D.C. are hated. Coupled with your diplomatic and economic victories, it would guarantee a second term - and ensure a Dem wipeout in the midterms. Even Democrats (46% in this week’s Rasmussen poll) believe a SC is needed - to investigate the DOJ/FBI.
Do it, Mr. President. Fire them all. Choose a team of the best SACs to run the agency, lean and mean. We would all be better off (except the cronies, but damn them to hell),
“Mueller hand delivered Highly Enriched Uranium to the Russian government!”
This bears repeating. And repeating. And repeating.
Surprised Trump hasn’t said something publicly about this. Put Mueller’s street cred up for debate. The media would be forced to talk about it
It may not drag on for all that long. The defendant has not waived the right to a speedy trial which is 90 days from the date of the indictment in Federal cases, I believe.
I think the Mueller team rolled the dice and best-guessed none of the 13 Russians would show up in court.
They may have come up snake eyes on this particular defendant.
dithyramb .... love it.
A nice bit of snark in a legal brief is always helpful to keep the reader awake.

Good article..
More trouble was down the road approaching fast.
Much more. It was supposed to be Obama who passed the baton to Clinton tag-team style in their campaign of corruption.
Freedom loving people might have been able to take back the U.S. from these sellouts and controlling leftist after 8 years of Obama then 8 years of Clinton. They would have been able to completely seed government with their own. I'd guess they were probably 75% successful by the time Trump was sworn in.
I used to think that only the Communists, Nazis and Iranians conducted their prosecutions this way, but boy was I wrong.
In North Korean, Red China and Vietnamese courts today, and quite possibly Cuban, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan and Ecuadorian ones too, the defendants are basically not allowed to present a defense (i.e. defend themselves), often don’t know the charges against them until they are actually being tried (the decision already made against them), and sometimes are not allowed to even speak to the court.
The same pattern happens in Islamic Iran and in the Nazi courts of the 1930’s.
Mueller learned well from them. He is a disgrace and a megalomaniac whose very tactics threaten the foundations of our “blind” justice system.
He has got to go, and be charged with the violation of a lot of peoples’ constitutional rights. And the same for his team members who are basically as tyrannically corrupt as he is.
It is still too early to "fire them all."
You and many others may be yelling that but not one word about Mueller's conflicts of interest have been broadcast on SEE BS or the Clinton News Network. Americans are still being told that Mueller is America's savior. They are NOT being told he was a part of the Uranium ONE scam that made Hillary (and you can bet Obama too) $millions.
The RATS are still committing serious crimes to hide their serious crimes. As WATERGATE showed, the coverup is far worse than the crime. In SPYGATE and Uranium ONE, the RATS have just begun to cover up. The IG report, for example, was flooded with numerous examples of political bias yet the report stated that political bias was not found. Rosenstein (Rosenweasal) only had so much time to rewrite the report.....
When some Hillary voters join the crusade against the Mueller inquisitions from he$$ and CNN starts talking about the RAT collusionS to get Trump, then it will be time to start the arrests and flood the streets of Washington with the firings.
