House GOP leaders distributed an immigration bill to conference members Thursday, in hopes of finding a permanent legislative fix for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) while advancing some of President Trump's immigration and border initiatives.

I wrote the White House this afternoon to express my absolute opposition to DACA, Dreamers, anchor babies, etc. and my urging of the adoption of E verify for employment, any welfare benefits, etc. I included a big BUILD THE WALL as well. It would be an exercise in futility to call my local Congresscritter-—she was an immigration lawyer. It would be a waste of time to call my Senators—Schumer & the moron Gillibrand. It would be a waste of time to contact my governor—Cuomo the Sanctuary King. So, being hemmed in by multiple layers of libtards, I had to contact the White House. Besides, it gave me a chance to wish the President a happy birthday.
Also on visas: eliminates visas for married children of US citizens (23,400 visas to merit program) and siblings of adult US citizens (65,000 to employment visas). Eliminates per-country # limit on employment based visas and increases per country % of family-sponsored visas
Not sure how big a cut this is.
Trump people will never allow dems to get so many voters.
The Wall is key to solving the problem permanently.
Chain migration to end so there won’t be any ‘families’ coming in behind a ‘successful’ DACA applicant.
Trump is not going to allow illegals to join dems to take Congress, how? By disapproving their DACA applications on any pretext.
Trump is like give me the $$$ for the Wall, end catch and release, end chain migration, start an end to birthright citizenship, give me your DACA applicants BUT IT DOESN’T MEAN I WILL APPROVE THE APPLICATIONS!
The procedure for a DACA applicant can be made so tough that few get through. For example:
1. Where’s your parent’s Mexican Social Insurance Number (MSIN)? It needs to be on the application? If it’s not there within 30 days, application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
2. MSIN needs to be run through Mexican crime databases within 30 days. If Mexican government can’t get it done within 30 days of application, application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
3. Mexican school records of parents and siblings need to be presented. If school records are not presented directly from Mexico by registered mail within 30 days of application, application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
4. Birth Certificates of applicant. applicant’s parents, applicant’s siblings to be presented within 30 days of application, otherwise application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation. (Need to document alleged family members and verify accurate)
5. Two home country witnesses to applicant’s family relations to be notarized and presented within 30 days of application, otherwise application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
6. Mexican government to certify all documents above within 30 days of application, otherwise application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
7. Etc Etc Etc
BACKGROUND CHECK
1. Full complete biometric data to accompany application at applicant’s expense from authorized US facilities.
2. Biometrics run through crime database. Any positives for any crime including arrests, application is disapproved, no appeal, case closed, detained for deportation.
3. Etc Etc Etc
TIMELINE FOR APPLICATION
All applications to be completed and submitted within 60 days of program announcement.
One gets the idea this will not be a cakewalk and in fact will be a way of rounding up all those ‘in the shadows’, getting complete biometrics on them, and screening them.
All illegals who do not apply within 60 days of the program announcement are subject to immediate deportation.
Wall goes up, illegals are rounded up, problem solved.
CAVEATS
Mexican government is maximally corrupt. Documents cannot be verified with any degree of accuracy. Therefore, the required items in the applications can be so numerous that 90% of applications fail by design to meet time requirements.
Trump Camp can play this game, easy to win.

For this bill to become law, it would need 60 senate votes, and odds are it would have to change considerably to achieve that.
The President has stated unequivocally that he will shut down the government if they don’t fund the Wall.
Congress knows by now this President means business.
It wouldn’t get through the Senate unless the Cheap Labor Express decides it’s the best they can do, and would get less after the elections. That would be wise of them though LOL!

Sounds like Trump got what he wants. I have long said that the different situation with the Reamers will produce a means of allowing them legal residence. Trump will probably sign this unless there is something there I am unaware of which is quite likely.
