SINGAPORE — North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un arrived at this island city-state Sunday ahead of a historic summit with President Trump, bringing with him a extensive security force and a private food supply.

Mr. Kim was greeted at the airport by Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, who tweeted a photo of the welcoming.

After arriving in a Chinese jet, Mr. Kim traveled in a long motorcade though the city to the luxurious St. Regis Hotel that will serve as Mr. Kim’s base during the summit.

Mr. Trump was en route to Singapore and expected to arrive later Sunday.

“I am on my way to Singapore where we have a chance to achieve a truly wonderful result for North Korea and the World,” Mr. Trump tweeted from Air Force One. “It will certainly be an exciting day and I know that Kim Jong-un will work very hard to do something that has rarely been done before … Create peace and great prosperity for his land.”

Right. He should fear his own food supply more than anything he was given by the hosts or us.

He’s not afraid of his own; they’re suitably brainwashed, intimidated, and starved into submission.

The little pr*ck is more worried about outside entities that AREN’T afraid of nor intimidated or awed by him.

There’s been talk of him worrying about a coup if he left NK for this summit...

I agree the general populace can’t do much about him, but the inner powers that be might pull something off...That’s why he’s been known to assassinate his high ups and relatives...

...You never know...

Silly to speak of "ours" or "North Korean" food:

those nasty, selfish American capitalists have been almost single-handedly feeding North Korea corn, rice, and soy for decades.

When North Koreans are "liberated" they will thank the UN and immediadely go about shopping for their favorite brand at local supermarkets.

And the brand they and their parents, and their officers and elite have trusted for decades?

A GIFT FROM THE PEOPLE OF THE USA.

Perhaps Trump should offer him a 3 month supply of the Nutrisystem diet in preparation for the Mara Lago visit.

In the end it will be Kim who presides over a unified Korea ... Moon will be his worshiping lackey

US takes the President’s food supply on foreign trips too. That’s why they wanted a 21 million dollar fridge for Air Force One.

The poor buzzards that have to clean up that hotel room after Kim leaves.....imagine the smell from left over kim-chi, cheap Chinese cigarettes and Hennessy

I wonder how many extra cargo planes it took to bring FatBoy’s food?

Fat Boy should be the one running beside the car instead of sitting in the backseat munching on Twinkies.

Oh, I get it. And we should have protections like that for Trump.

He’s much more important to us (and the World) than the Fat Little Commie Bastard Nork, ultimately.
