Early Tuesday, star, head writer and exec producer Barr attacked Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to former President Barack Obama, in a since-deleted tweet in which she said "Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj." Barr subsequently apologized: "I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans. I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks. I should have known better. Forgive me — my joke was in bad taste."
Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Iger also weighed in on the decision to cancel Roseanne: "There was only one thing to do here, and that was the right thing," he tweeted.

Barr's tweet prompted a massive outcry across social media, with thousands condeming the actress-comedian's comments and calling on ABC to cancel her series. The Disney-owned network's decision to cancel the comedy marked the first time the network has taken action in response to one of Barr's controversial tweets.
Axing the Roseanne revival was no small decision for ABC.

Interesting. Fox will be kicking ass if they continue to pick up discarded hits from the other channels. Pretty smart, actually. Have all the kinks (is that racist?) worked out by other networks, then take over well-oiled machines.
The question is, who is going to want to advertise on the show?
You can have millions of viewers, but if sponsors don’t want their ads running during the show, what good is it?

Which makes no sense. The God-hating, Darwin loving, evolutionist, leftists insist we’re all from apes. So why would they have any problem with this? They should embrace it as proof that God didn’t create us.

At lunch I was half listening to Rush. He said it’ll cost a lot of money on one way, but in the whole scheme of things within that huge organization, it’ll be a big fat nothing. They won’t suffer.

Longmire started on A&E before going to Netflix. (A&E has more flexibility than the main alphabet channels.) I still don’t get why A&E cancelled that show when it was kicking ass in viewership.
The problem with that is that some of the actors had already wanted out.
I suppose you can replace them, but it can be awkward.

Even better than the Bush episodes is the fact that Wanda Sykes who was a producing consultant for the Roseanne show, quit the show just prior to it being cancelled. Sykes however called Trump an orangutan.
Wanda Sykes had something to do with the Roseanne show and look at what she had to say when Trump was elected.
“I couldn’t believe that Donald Trump won,” she said. “I couldn’t believe that we elected an orangutan to front the country. This is ridiculous.”

Roseanne should have kept quit, and waited for a lot of these thing to come forward and then she could have said she thought it was ok since Sykes did it and no one did anything to her.
Still it shows the hypocrisy of the left and Sykes in particular. Roseanne should point it out and show Sykes for the hypocrite that she is.
Remember Seth Rich! The Clinton/Obama/Jarrett cartel does business that way!
