No amount of alcohol, sausage or bacon is safe according to a new global blueprint on how to beat cancer.
Even small amounts of processed meats and booze increase the risk of a host of cancers outlined in World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) guidelines updated every decade.
The respected global authority has unveiled a 10-point plan to cut your risk of getting cancer by up to 40%.
Brits have been told to banish favourites such as ham, burgers and hot dogs from their diets by experts who say they are a direct cause of bowel cancer.
Processed meats also cause people to be overweight which can trigger many more cancers.

lol and I remember many years ago on here when I warned that once they were done with smokers “causing cancer” they would come for the drinkers.. and meat eaters... some thought I was crazy..
And yet, here we are. Think I will enjoy a nice smoke while laughing at the silliness of the nanny state.

a month or so ago a friend of mines girlfriend’s sister was driving on a major Texas Highway and swerved to miss a dog.
the left front quarter of her tiny Malibu came into contact head on with an 80,000 lb concrete truck going between 60 and 70mph. In about 1 second her body parts were scattered up and down the highway for a hundred or so feet.
My doctor of 46 years stepped into the shower 2 months ago. He was the absolute epitome of eat right, perfect weight and exercise. Major Stroke hit him. He’s recovering but his 48 year practice was suspended on a dime that morning.
Good reminder, need to add bacon somewhere in the rrr Challenge.

Vegetables are sprayed in a lot of pesticides and weed killers. Some field pickers crap in the field on the plants.
Tell me just washing them eradicates 100% of the risks associated with them.

These people are pushing vegetarianism/veganism but not telling people thats their goal. If you want to push your beliefs, at least be open about it, don’t lie to people and scare them.

Of course, these so-called “experts” cannot tell us the mechanism by which alcohol or meats cause caner.
These Luddites also warn us that there is a man-made ozone hole and man-made global warming.
Given that ALL of them are forbidden by Islam ... well, connect the dots.
