Hypothetically what if there was a monetary incentive for the lawyers for speed and a monetary penalty for delay?

The biggest victim in all of this is was Donald Trump. Why do so many people act like they have more at stake here than he does?
Sessions is legally recused. He can't indict any of the coup plotters, or their slimy swamp minions. He's forbidden by law.
The deep state would be ecstatic if they discovered that Sessions was breaking the law, and 'working behind the scenes' on these investigations.
Sessions did not recuse himself for any wrong doing by the DNC, the Clintons, nor any of their surrogates.

If this was happening in London then CIA, who handles overseas ops had to be in on the sign offs.
CIA and DOJ conducting this would have to have been communicating with the president.
There should be indictments for sedition if not treason, but nothing will ever come of this. I am beginning to think the only way the Constitution and rule of law can be restored in this country is with a new revolution that will resemble more the violence of the French Revolution complete with a scaffold on the Washington Mall.

The reasons that worries me about Sessions are the same reasons many, including Judge Jeanine has pointed out many times.
To sum it up,
We are into our second year of Sessions as AG. Our Country is at stake. Publicly, It appears He has done nothing or next to nothing to stop this witch hunt and coup. And his declarations of support to Rosenstein is very troubling to say the least.
Just because he was there in the campaign, doesn’t mean he is OK. That could have easily been part of the grand poobah ‘insurance policy’.
Now there’s some serious swamp draining. lol
