Everything is “referred” and then shitcanned. Meanwhile, the Observer General observes.

I thought Mueller was charged with investigating Russian influence on the 2016 election. If so, then why is he not looking into all of the collusion by the Democrats with help from the deep state?

He is, the Trump stuff is just misdirection in order to lull the democrats into thinking it is all about Trump.

And you can take that to the bank. Q</s>

You remember incorrectly. He’s an Obama appointee. He was only 20 years old when Reagan left office.

“At this very moment the US Marshall’s have changed the security and locks on these Individuals Offices and access to government facilities and materials. They All have been hand delivered a notice of Immediate termination.”

What a pleasant fantasy.

Same as FBI.

They targeted Flynn because he blew the whistle on the Obama gang covering up how strong ISIS was and the fact that the Obama admin used ISIS as a strategic asset.

They should all rot in jail.

Let's not place all our bets on the DoJ IG report.

"reasonable grounds for believing"

Lots of wiggle room there, IG Horowitz.

Thanks for playing.

RE:”He can investigate but not prosecute. Same as FBI.”

That is probably the ‘I’ in FBI

But Meuller can do both.

That way he can wreck your life to get you to lie about someone he really wants to prosecute, indict you for lying, obstruction even if you didnt.

I'm not sure that's correct. Read some of the details here. It looks to me as if the trial must take place in the venue where the crimes allegedly took place, but not the grand jury proceedings.

Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure ... TITLE V (VENUE), Rule 18 (Place of Prosecution and Trial)

See the notes below the main rule:

All prosecutions for crimes or offenses shall be had within the division of such districts where the same were committed, unless the court, or the judge thereof, upon the application of the defendant, shall order the cause to be transferred for prosecution to another division of the district. The word "prosecutions," as used in this statute, does not include the finding and return of an indictment.

Mule-ear can send you and your entire family into bankruptcy, just as he was doing to Gen Flynn, because Mule-ass has all the money he wants to run his assault on you for as long as he wants. ... The entire sham is criminal and the participants should be hanged by the neck until they rot in the DNC headquarters of Wasserman Schultz.

“1. If a U.S. Attorney is going to convene a grand jury in this case to consider criminal charges against crooked DOJ/FBI officials, is there any jurisdiction where a grand jury is more likely to return indictments than Utah?”

If a US Attorney is going to convene a grand jury to consider criminal charges against crooked DOJ/FBI officials, that grand jury would necessarily need to be convened in the district where the crimes were committed, otherwise the grand jury would have no jurisdiction over them. Do you think senior DOJ/FBI officials were flying out to Utah to have their secret conspiracy meetings or something?

What is there to believe or not believe?

She had classified information on her server.

THAT IS THE CRIME RIGHT THERE.

Doens’t require intent.
Doesn’t require an explanation for how it got there.
Doesn’t require an explanation for where it might have come from.
Doesn’t require an explanation for where it was supposed to go.

All by itself, the presence of that info on her server, under her control (since she established it) is the crime; the perp; the evidence; the closing argument; the applicable Federal code; and the sentencing guideline.

All in one. No study, no argument, no equivocation, no coin flip, no shading the meaning. It is self defining exactly as it sits.
