All by itself, the presence of that info on her server, under her control (since she established it) is the crime; the perp; the evidence; the closing argument; the applicable Federal code; and the sentencing guideline.
All in one. No study, no argument, no equivocation, no coin flip, no shading the meaning. It is self defining exactly as it sits.
Not so fast! Sessions needs to examine the complexities of the issue for a few more years, maybe until the statue of limitations expires.
