Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told The Hill on Wednesday that President Trump’s legal team was still “several weeks away” from determining whether the president would consent to an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller.
Giuliani, who joined the president’s legal team roughly two weeks ago, said the decision would be determined in large part by how “objective” he and his colleagues perceive Mueller to be.
“The more objective [Mueller] is, the more likely we would be willing to cooperate. The less objective, then we would be foolish to do that,” he said.

- not under oath,
- there were other conditions but I can’t remember.
“Mueller is desperately looking for a way to get fired and will keep up the farce until Trump is finally forced to act.”
Yes, Mueller wants Trump to fire him so he can use that to brand him as an obstructionist.
Meanwhile, Trump wants Mueller to tie him to a stake and light the match so he can use that to brand Mueller as a witch hunter.
Who will win this branding showdown?
Trump will win of course - branding is what he does. Mueller won’t know what hit him. Soon Trump will have the public seeing Mueller as a witch hunter, and he the innocent victim.
But the interesting thing to watch as this unfolds, is how Trump sets it up. How vulnerable will he pretend to be? How much dissent will he pretend there is on his legal team? How “besieged” will he pretend to be? How many cabinet chiefs will he pretend are stabbing him in the back? How on the verge of firing top DOJ personnel will he pretend to be? How guilty and defensive will he act?
My guess is he’ll pull out all the stops for the performance of a lifetime.

Provided Mueller follows Hillary rules.
This means that before Trump sits down with Mueller's people, the FBI and/or DOJ must write findings completely exonerating Trump. The interview must not be under oath, and it will not be recorded. And Trump must be allowed to designate any other person of interest as his "legal counsel," so that all communications between them are privileged. Trump must also be allowed to destroy any documents he wishes, as well as the computers or other devices on which they were made.
This is the minimum Mueller can do, as it is imperative that DOJ not be perceived as playing by a double standard.
Look at who Mueller hired if you want to gauge his objectivity.
Giuliani is nuts to even consider this. Under no circumstances should there a Trump - Mueller interview. Period.

And the message to the average near brain dead American is that Mueller is legitimate and Trump is the enemy.
Trump has to let this Mueller scam continue until we organize a million man march, for example, in Washington to shut Mueller down.
Mueller and many others are non-convicted felons who are guilty of the Uranium ONE scam with Hillary at the top of that one too. Mueller can only stay out of jail if he gets Trump for obstruction.

Rudy will be on Hannity tonight. I will be watching. At least they have not made up their minds on this. I say no way should President Trump talk to Mueller.
