WASHINGTON Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel investigating Russias election interference, has at least four dozen questions on an exhaustive array of subjects he wants to ask President Trump to learn more about his ties to Russia and determine whether he obstructed the inquiry itself, according to a list of the questions obtained by The New York Times.
[Read the questions here.]
The open-ended queries appear to be an attempt to penetrate the presidents thinking, to get at the motivation behind some of his most combative Twitter posts and to examine his relationships with his family and his closest advisers. They deal chiefly with the presidents high-profile firings of the F.B.I. director and his first national security adviser, his treatment of Attorney General Jeff Sessions and a 2016 Trump Tower meeting between campaign officials and Russians offering dirt on Hillary Clinton.
But they also touch on the presidents businesses; any discussions with his longtime personal lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, about a Moscow real estate deal; whether the president knew of any attempt by Mr. Trumps son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to set up a back channel to Russia during the transition; any contacts he had with Roger J. Stone Jr., a longtime adviser who claimed to have inside information about Democratic email hackings; and what happened during Mr. Trumps 2013 trip to Moscow for the Miss Universe pageant.

POTUS should just tweet Mueller: “Hey Mueller, kiss my sweet @ss for Christmas!”
Given today’s utter lack of rule of law, I would absolutely take the Fifth.
You may recall True Pundits story on March 7 2017 where we were the first and only to report FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe boasted to a crowded conference room F*** Flynn and then we f*** Trump.
The True Pundit piece dealt with what we were told was a FBI plot to take down Mike Flynn and President Donald Trump.
Yesterday, The Hill and Circa News treated these revelations as breaking news, asking: Was there a FBI plot to take down Flynn?
From the Hill, talking about a Congressman Ron DeSantis who believes the FBI could be biased (where has this guy been?) :
He said he also had talked to another whistleblower who witnessed a video teleconference last February between bureau leadership and their special agents in charge on the day former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn resigned over lying to Vice President Pence over his contacts with Russias ambassador to the United States.
Flynn pleaded guilty on Friday to making false statements to the FBI.
DeSantis said the person he spoke with said a senior FBI executive made an inappropriate comment suggesting the bureau had a personal motive in investigating Flynn and ruining his career. DeSantis wants the FBI to tell him if the videotape was saved.
Suddenly MSM Realizes FBI Plotted to F*** Flynn & Trump; True Pundit Told You That 10 MONTHS (300 days) AGO
To be clear, even if Mueller did have probable cause to believe the president is involved in crimes, the president has the power to decline to be questioned by a prosecutor and should exercise that right.
Legally speaking, all of Mueller’s power to exercise the executive branch function of a prosecutor derives from President Trump himself.
Any claim of constitutional power to question the president resides only in Congress.
Apparently he has no evidence whatsoever the POTUS broke any laws.
If he has, he should refer it to the US Congress and do so today.
Because Trump is in no way going to be interviewed by him or any other “prosecutor” and therefore will not incriminate himself or open himself to a spurious perjury charge.
And, now, the “Special Counsel” is leaking too. How else would the NYT obtain the questions?
Tell this hangman to pound sand. He is deep state operative and anything you say WILL be used against you.
“Mr Mueller, it is completely unprofessional and out of line to give reporters questions being asked in an official investigation conducted by the Department of Justice.
If you or your staff did not give the reporters these questions, then you need to publicly call them out for producing fake news.
If you or your staff DID give these reporters these questions, you will be removed as Special Counsel for violation of Department of Justice guidelines and policy.”
Hillary’s answer to probing questions is to say she doesn’t recall. It has gotten her out of decades in prison.
“Maggie Haberman contributed reporting from New York”
Ooops. Scratch that statement about leaking.
Now we know the entire article is a complete fabrication.
I agree He should give him a list of Hillarys’ conditions plus 5 more of his own. Plus, make the bastard bring the donuts and fresh Starbucks or nothing doing.
Thankfully Mueller’s team never leaks anything... Sarc
Oh, Fer Pete’s Sake. Just. Give. It. Up!
FU NYT!
Why does the NY Slimes have the questions?
They are trying to criminalize Trump’s “thinking”?
That’s known as thought crime. Sessions watches.
Still sailing on a ship that has already sunk. OBTW apparently Mueller has NO questions for Hillary or the DNC. Go figure.
The real reason it continues is because the GOP swamp members want it to.
I only have one question for the corrupt slime snake Mueller. Why don’t you GFY?
Mueller effectively admitted that he will never interview Trump when Cohen’s office was raided. Nobody with an IQ over 40 would ever think a person whose lawyer’s records were confiscated by the FBI would speak to a Federal prosecutor under any circumstances.
Fake News
Leaks from either Mueller’s boys or Clapper
Well you only have two choices and they admit it's not President Trump's legal team.
"according to questions read by the special counsel investigators to the presidents lawyers, who compiled them into a list. That document was provided to The Times by a person outside Mr. Trumps legal team."
