If an assassination more than 50 years ago is still a national security issue today, it tells me that it was a coup, probably orchestrated by the CIA to put LBJ in charge so he would escalate the Vietnam War. That would mean that EVERY law and EO and regulation put into place by the LBJ administration would be unconstitutional and void.
